Though Chris is a Kiwi and Ghada a Canuck, they managed to meet and inevitably fall in love some 6 years ago. The 2 don’t take themselves very seriously and that is why people enjoy the I Heart NZ Podcast.
I Heart NZ talks about all things New Zealand and everything else. That’s to say, we talk about New Zealand things because it is in our surroundings, but really its just the same as if we were talking with you from the US, Canada or Europe. Its just fun talk. One of our listeners calls it a “tea-tale” show, a little bit because we are always having tea, but more I think because its a nice easy, funny listen that you could have over a cup of tea (or something like that??).
We are only brand new and we try to put out a show 2-3 times per week. We’re hoping to expand and come up with new segments in the next couple of months. At the moment, we do “KiwiSpeak” which is a segment about funny Kiwi words. Otherwise, we just talk happy thoughts!
